If you thought that ACC no longer covered physiotherapy treatment then you thought wrong The rules haven't changed that much!!! - You still get the same access to treatment
- You can still refer yourself
- You can still have ACC funding for your accident under the same rules
We will still supply - top quality treatment and facilities
- a caring and friendly staff
The only difference is that the treamtent will no longer be fully funded by ACC. You will be asked to contribute between $10 and $13 for each treatment - a co- payment. In some work related accidents, if your workplace is an accredited employer, they may pay for this co-payment. Don't put it off - get that problem sorted early so it doesn't become chronic!
